—————————————————————————————————————————————

As announced, on the 16th of June – from 10 am to 4 pm – the ETUC is convening a meeting to exchange on the assessments of National Recovery and Resilience Plans.

We invite the TUSLOs (one per country) to prepare a 10 min presentation (max), addressing the following points:

  • General assessment of the NRRP
  • Added value or risks for workers
  • Assessment of trade union involvement in the designing phase of the plan (please also cross-check, in your NRRP, the section where Member State speaks about your involvement, and if it corresponds to reality).

The European Commission and the European Parliament are now engaged in a process of assessing the national plans. They are also working on monitoring the implementation of NRRPs.
The results of our discussion will reinforce the trade union action to influence the next stages of the RRF implementation.

Furthermore, a ETUC Report assessing nRRPs will ensure a more effective exchange of practices among European trade unions.

For your information, we have published a link where the European Commission is gathering National Plans as made available by member states on the EST Website https://est.etuc.org/?p=845
